Finding us — 83 Loyalist Trail, Unit 7

We're in north Oakville, just off Sixth Line near Burnhamthorpe Road, in the plaza at Loyalist Trail. Look for Unit 7 — the entrance faces the parking lot.

Coming along Sixth Line: Loyalist Trail meets Sixth Line at a signalized intersection a short distance from Burnhamthorpe Road. Turn onto Loyalist Trail and our building is immediately on your right as you enter the plaza.

Coming along Burnhamthorpe Road: follow Burnhamthorpe east or west to Sixth Line, turn onto Sixth Line, then take the next set of lights at Loyalist Trail and continue into the plaza.

Driving from downtown Oakville or the QEW, take Trafalgar Road or Sixth Line north past Dundas Street — allow roughly 10–15 minutes depending on traffic.

Parking

Free surface parking is available directly in front of the clinic, with additional spots around the building — no permit, meter or validation needed.

Accessible parking is located closest to the entrance, and the unit is at ground level with step-free access.

The lot is shared with neighbouring businesses, so it can be busier at lunch hour and after 5 p.m. Arriving about 10 minutes before your appointment gives you time to park and settle in.

24-hour cancellation policy

Appointments are reserved one-on-one with your practitioner. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so the time can be offered to another patient.

Cancellations inside 24 hours, and missed appointments, may be charged the full visit fee. Late-cancellation and no-show fees are not covered by insurance plans.

You can cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email, or by calling the clinic at (365) 726-7777. We understand emergencies happen — call us and we'll do our best to help.

Restore balance. Move without restriction.

Osteopathy is a manual therapy that focuses on the relationship between the body's structure and how it functions. Using gentle, hands-on techniques, it restores balance within the musculoskeletal system by improving joint mobility, reducing tension and enhancing circulation — treating the underlying cause rather than just the symptoms.

Recover stronger. Move better. Live actively.

Physiotherapy is a movement-based therapy that restores mobility, reduces pain and improves overall physical function. Through targeted exercises, manual techniques and functional retraining, it helps the body recover from injury, manage chronic conditions and prevent future problems. Pelvic floor physiotherapy is specialized rehabilitation for the muscles and movement patterns supporting pelvic health — helpful for pelvic pain, bladder or bowel concerns, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and core function.
